The purpose of this research is to propose the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in the company J&W CIA S.A. Initially, observations were made in the manufacturing process of electronic boards, where it was detected that the main problem was low productivity, so the causes that led to this problem were identified and by using the Ishikawa diagram and the diagram of Pareto could select the critical causes since they affected processes, the critical causes are unqualified personnel in the cutting and bending process, excessive material waste in the stamping process, tools in poor condition in the stamping process and the processes not They are standardized in the cutting and bending process. Subsequently, the most appropriate Lean Manufacturing tools were selected to solve the critical causes: Poka Yoke, Visual Control (Andon), Standardized work and it was complemented with a training program. Finally, it was demonstrated that with the Lean Manufacturing tools implementation proposal, the monthly production of electronic boards increased from 30 boards to 33.21, the workforce cost productivity increased that for every 1000 soles invested, 1.47 boards were manufactured and with the proposal they would be manufactured 1,628; I also decreased the number of plates to use per month from 100 plates to 83,025 plates; the cost of raw material invested per month decreased from 45,000 soles to 37,361.25 soles; and finally the productivity of raw material from 0.3 to 0.4.
