The purpose of this project is to develop the scope, time and cost management plan for an emergency housing construction project in the San Carlos sector - Alto Laredo sector - Laredo District, Trujillo Province, La Libertad Department, so that In this way, the viability of its execution can be demonstrated. A mixed methodology was used for this project, since the results obtained are both quantitative and qualitative. Regarding the cost, the budget and the cost baseline were prepared, obtaining a direct cost per module of S/. 52 385.17, and estimating the total execution of the project, which consists of 25 emergency houses and the water and sewerage network of the qualification in S/. 1 815 176.39.
