Abstract

Actualmente existe una alta demanda de carreras técnicas y que al mismo tiempo sean afines a la principal actividad económica que se desarrolla; después de realizar un estudio a mayor profundidad de la problemática del lugar de estudio, se encontró la inexistencia de equipamientos de educación superior y culturales que puedan satisfacer las necesidades de los pobladores para desarrollarse. Por lo mencionado anteriormente, la investigación hecha dio como resultado la actual propuesta el cual es un proyecto factible que nace en busca de cubrir la necesidad de educación superior técnica para los pobladores con una propuesta de edificación educativa diseñada en base a neuroarquitectura y bioclimática La ubicación del proyecto es estratégica ya que tiene buenas visuales y accesibilidad; por otro lado, se buscó que los ambientes diseñados generen confort en el usuario
