The TPM implementation proposal to increase the total efficiency of equipment in the asparagus maintenance area of agro-industrial company Virú S.A., of the company's 19 tractors in asparagus field, was determined 12 with greater criticality. Diagnosis was made for the 2019 Jan-Dec months, concluded that the average total efficiency (OEE) of asparagus field tractors was 79.31% in 2019. was designed and applied in the Motor Subsystem, the CMA was 42% of the 12 scheduled tasks and for the CMP it was 76% of the total of 46 maintenance scheduled for 2019 and the increase for 2020 is 24%. In the Hydraulic Subsystem, the CMA was 56% of the 9 scheduled tasks and for the CMP it was 85% of the total of 37 maintenance scheduled for 2019 and the increase by 2020 is 15%. In the Electrical Subsystem, the CMA was 50% of the 4 scheduled tasks and for the CMP it was 79% of the total of 14 maintenance scheduled for 2019 and the increase for 2020 is 21%. In Element Replacement, the CMA was 53% of the 15 scheduled tasks and for the CMP it was 79% of the total of 31 maintenance scheduled for 2019 and the increase by 2020 is 21% due to the implementation of the TQM. was concluded that in 2019 the average downtime was 281 hours and by 2020 223 hours was calculated being the reduction of 58 hours per tractor average. In 2019 the average actual production time was 3919 hours and is increased to 3977 hours by 2020 being the increase of 58 hours of average actual production per tractor. In 2019 the average fault repair time was 8.6 hours and by 2020 it was determined in 9.8 hours and justified because unforeseen maintenance is reduced by increasing preventive maintenance. The number of most critical tractor failures in 2019 was 392 failures and in 2020 274 failures were calculated with a reduction of 118 failures. It is concluded that an OEE efficiency of 86.37% is projected by 2020 with an average increase of 7.06% due to the proposal to implement TPM in the tractors used in the asparagus field of the agro-industrial company Virú S.A.
