This thesis deals with the application of the BrIM methodology to a technical file of a carriage bridge up to the planning stage (dimension 4d) which is located in the district of Sallique - Province of Jaén - Department of Cajamarca. First, the existing documentation from the technical file was studied and analyzed, specifically the plans, unit price analysis, corresponding technical specifications and the Gantt chronogram. Subsequently, the general objectives were established, which is to reach the planning stage, and the specific ones that were achieved progressively and necessary, these were the geometric modeling (3D dimension) using Revit modeling software in version 2023, determination of the metrics involved, detection of the interferences in the project using the planning and revision software Navisworks Manage in its 2023 version, comparison of metrics between those found in the technical file and those determined by the BrIM methodology. It was found that the biggest difference in metrics is found in the items of reinforcing steel and earthwork, with a difference in the first item of 1,803.93 kg representing 1.03% of the item globally and the second a difference of 1,192.07 m³ representing 0.77% of the item, the difference in metrics is due to the product of a bad quantification in the stage of preparation of the file, in addition to the interferences found in the project. This difference in metrics is directly related to the execution time of the project, which is why a new planning was obtained, which found a difference in the execution time of 1 (one) day, being the technical file 89 days and the methodology 88 days. Finally, with the new schedule, a construction simulation of the project was obtained in Navisworks Manage 2023 software
