Guía para el diseño y rehabilitación de la carpeta asfáltica del pavimento flexible mediante el procedimiento del reciclado en la avenida los laureles - la esperanza - Trujillo - la Libertad

Abstract

En el mundo, las personas están en busca de nuevos métodos para reciclar de manera práctica y económica, para ello se realiza este trabajo que será como guía para el estudio del diseño y rehabilitación de la carpeta asfáltica del pavimento flexible por el procedimiento del reciclaje, durante este proceso se utilizará el pavimento asfaltico que será adquirido en la misma avenida del proyecto y el estudio será in-situ, este será reciclado, haciendo esto se reducirá los costos del proyecto. Para desarrollar este trabajo necesitaremos de estudiar las condiciones en que se encuentra actualmente, ya que se tendrá en cuenta la importancia de analizar y utilizar este procedimiento del reciclaje y cuáles son los beneficios que nos puede dar, y que al aplicarlo nos favorecerá y mejorará el campo a ser estudiado. Se debe tener en cuenta que hoy en día, los pavimentos tienen poco tiempo de vida, por la falta de mantenimiento que se les realiza a estos, por lo cual se debe obtener una manera de solucionar el problema que se tiene, es necesario utilizar y volver la vista hacia la recuperación de las vías por métodos que favorezcan en carreteras durables. Una de las razones por lo cual se está realizando esta investigación es porque se busca la reducción de costos, mano de obra y equipo a utilizar, lo que viene la idea de reutilizar el material que se pueda extraer del pavimento y así mezclarlo con aditivos y dando el inicio de lo que es el reciclaje. Algo sorprendente en la actualidad es que el procedimiento del reciclaje es que se puede mejorar un pavimento envejecido utilizando los mismos materiales de este, siempre y cuando que el pavimento tenga un grado de degradación que permita un rejuvenecimiento exitoso. Una de las ventajas del reciclaje de un pavimento es que tiene disponibilidad in situ en toda su amplitud, cuidando las propiedades del pavimento a estudiar, este método del reciclaje ayuda de gran manera a cuidar el medio ambiente, y con muchas ventajas, reduciendo costos y dando facilidad para mejorar más vías.

It must be taken into account that today, pavements have a short lifespan, due to the lack of maintenance done to them, which is why a way to solve the problem must be obtained, it is necessary to use and to look towards the recovery of the roads by methods that favor on durable roads. One of the reasons why this research is being carried out is because we are looking for the reduction of costs, labor and equipment to be used, which is the idea of reusing the material that can be extracted from the pavement and mix it with additives and giving the beginning of what is recycling. Something surprising at present is that the recycling process is that you can improve an aged flooring using the same materials as this, as long as the pavement has a degree of degradation that allows a successful rejuvenation. One of the advantages of the recycling of a pavement is that it has availability in situ in all its breadth, taking care of the properties of the pavement to study, this method of recycling helps in a great way to take care of the environment, and with many advantages, reducing costs and giving ease to improve more ways.
