Our thesis entitled ““The application of alternative resolution mechanisms in administrative conflicts in Peru““ addresses a problem of real importance; therefore, the delay and non-execution of what is decided in the administrative processes has tremendously affected our justice system, for this reason, we are convinced that the expressly legal inclusion of certain alternative mechanisms for the resolution of those administrative conflicts would contribute to an effective and prompt solution of these, which would have a positive impact on our overwhelmed state justice system. For this reason, in this thesis we have asked ourselves the following research question: ““In what way are there legal bases to apply some alternative mechanisms for the resolution of administrative conflicts?““, outlining the following general objective: ““Determine the legal bases to apply some alternative mechanisms for the resolution of administrative conflicts”, likewise, we have formulated the following hypothesis: “The legal foundations for legislatively regulating some alternative mechanisms for the resolution of administrative conflicts in Peru are that they will contribute to avoiding the overload of contentious administrative processes in the different state jurisdictional bodies and thus be able to obtain a final decision in a prudent time and without delay, thereby contributing to the validity of the principles of economy, speed and effective jurisdictional protection”, to finally arrive at the following conclusion main statement: ““The legal grounds for applying some alternative mechanisms for solving administrative conflicts are procedural economy, procedural speed and effective jurisdictional protection, since, to the extent that these conflicts are definitively resolved in administrative jurisdiction, it will be more simple and fast execution of what was decided.
