This research work began with an economic and financial diagnosis of the company REFRACPAC SERVICIOS ESPECIALIZADOS E.I.R. L for whichthe financial statements of theperiods 2018, 2019 and 2020 were used and with them the vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet and income statement was carried out, determining that the company had a self-sustained growth until 2019 with return on assets and financial values of 8.30% and 12.71% as well as current liquidity levels of 2.91 among others; which give stability and reliability in the financial leverage for the acquisition of the backhoe machine. Subsequently, the optimal financial structure of the project investment was determined using the Modigliani and Miller model as well as the capital cost allocation model to determine the rate that generates the maximum value of the company and as the patrimonial financial cost respectively. The securities obtained were 70% debt capital and 30% equity capital which led to obtain a generation of value in terms of VANE of S/407,162.81 and VANF of S/572,382.27. Similarly, an economic return discount rate of 37% and a financial return discount rate of 69.67% were obtained, which demonstrate the viability of the project because they are greater than the weighted average cost of the project's investment portfolio and the investor's TMAR.
