This research project aims to determine the impact of Lean Manufacturing tools on the productivity of the shoes line of the enterprise RUTHMIR in the city of Trujillo in the year 2022, The objective is to use various procedures and research approaches to test whether they have a net positive influence on the development and continuous optimization of systems. Data for an applied study of descriptive pre-experimental design were collected through interviews, field notes and document analysis, in addition, the tools to be used for information processing and analysis will be: Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Diagram, multi-criteria analysis and Excel. 5s, poka yoke, andon methodology, ishikawa diagram and Pareto diagram. Finally, the results that were obtained were that by applying the 5S, the times between areas, the excess inventory were modified, obtaining results of 155 in the post-test in week 4 of its application, likewise with the implementation of poka-yokes, the causes of frequent errors are detected: such as worn molds in the cutting area, for which metallic molds were established, which decreased from 5.56% to 2.08% failed pieces / dozens, in this way when implementing the andón system decreased from 60 min to 30 min in providing a response in abnormal situations (such as machine and equipment failure) within the production process, therefore, after applying the lean tools, total productivity will be improved by an average of 49.64%.
