The objective of this research was to elaborate a feasibility study for the installation of a permanent modular bridge in the Cabramayo hamlet, province of Jaén, Cajamarca. Methodologically, it was an applied-descriptive type of research. For data collection, an observation was made to carry out the topographic survey, then different studies were carried out to determine the environmental impact, risk management and economic feasibility. The main results of the topographic study carried out in the area were an undulating-accident type topography, an alignment with two horizontal curves and a longitudinal distance between bridge axes of 61.25 meters. the project generates a slight negative environmental impact of 79.17% and a slight positive impact of 20.83%. The risk management study identified 22 possible risks, of which 36% are high risks, 25% are moderate risks and 39% are low risks. Finally, the economic feasibility comparison showed that for modular bridges the VANS: s/. 547,885.18, TIRS: 177% and B/C of 17. 4 compared to a reticulated bridge with a VANS: s/. 189,790.28, TIRS: 34% and B/C of 3.3. Based on these studies, it is concluded that modular bridges comply with all the most important topographic conditions, in addition the project will not generate significant negative impacts to the environment during the project, on the other hand the project is located in a high priority area, due to maximum floods and the identified risks, finally it is concluded that both types of bridges analyzed are feasible but the modular bridge generates a higher profitability and sufficient contribution to the welfare of society to justify the expenditure.
