Objective: To analyze the association between Computer Vision Syndrome and sleep quality in high school students of the educational institution “San José de Tarbes“ - Castilla, Piura. Methodology: Cross-sectional analytical study carried out in schoolchildren in a school for women. Computer visual syndrome (CIS), sleep quality and covariates were studied. Univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis was performed. Results: 391 students were included, of which one third belonged to the 1st year, half of them had CIS and three quarters had poor sleep quality. The factors associated with poor sleep quality were: higher grade of studies, poor academic performance, family members diagnosed with COVID-19. SVI was statistically associated with sleep quality. Conclusion: Visual Computer Syndrome was significantly associated with poor sleep quality in this group of high school students.
