The objective of the present research is to determine the relationship between thermal stress due to heat and the working climate in the workers of the cooking area of the Industrial fishing company Santa Mónica Paita, 2023. The proposed methodology developed a basic - quantitative approach, with correlational level and non-experimental design. The study participants were 130 workers of the cooking area of the Industrial Fishing company Santa Monica Paita, applying the questionnaire for the collection of the required information. The results specify that the Spearman's Rho coefficient is r= -,812, with a bilateral significance of p=,000 value that is less than (p < 0.05), therefore, there is a high negative correlation between thermal stress due to heat and the work climate in the workers of the cooking area of the Industrial fishing company Santa Mónica Paita, 2023. It is concluded that there is a high negative correlation between thermal stress due to heat and the working climate in the workers of the cooking area of the Fishing Industrial company Santa Mónica Paita, 2023; that is, if the thermal stress in the cooking area increases, the working climate of the employees of said company will be affected
