Our country is in the process of economic growth, and this growth must be translated into technological expansion; therefore, having real-time information, the fastest and most efficient way possible is of vital importance. The country forced to set up communication networks, which it is necessary to meet the demand for the installation of telecommunications towers; this must be installed inside and outside the city. In addition, because these structures being of high height, they must have a rigorous studies to the structure so that it doesn’t fail and cause some accident to the population. For those reason the present thesis is focused on the design of Telecommunications Towers of different commercial heights and thus to have a tendency for the design of towers of any height and to be able to homogenize the designs. The design of the towers carried out following the parameters of the TIA / EIA 222F standard comparing the lateral configurations with the minimum required by the standard and establishing the best technical-economic proposal.
