Factores de riesgo en la gangrena de fourmier en el hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de ESSALUD Trujillo

Abstract

La Gangrena de Fournier es una infección poli microbiana, debido a que es causada por múltiples bacterias aeróbicas y anaeróbicas que actúan de forma sinérgica y que se diseminan en la región afectada conduciendo a una necrosis tisular. Objetivo: Determinar los factores de riesgo de la Gangrena de Fournier en pacientes atendidos en el Departamento de Cirugía en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Essalud Trujillo en el periodo 2009 – 2019 Métodos: Es un trabajo Analítico y Transversal de tipo retrospectivo, en el cual se utilizó historias clínicas de cada paciente Diagnosticado con Gangrena de Fournier en el Departamento de Cirugía en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Essalud Trujillo en el periodo 2009 – 2019 Resultados: Se encontró un total de 30 casos con Diagnostico de Gangrena de Fournier entre los años 2009- 2019, de los cuales un 93.30% corresponde al sexo masculino y un 6.70% al sexo femenino, la edad promedio fue de 58.46 años y el factor de riesgo más importante asociado fue la Diabetes Mellitus Conclusión: La Diabetes Mellitus y el absceso ano-rectal asociados al género masculino fueron los factores de riesgo predominantes en pacientes con Diagnostico de Gangrena de Fournier en el Departamento de Cirugía en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de Essalud Trujillo en el periodo 2009 – 2019

Objective: To determine the risk factors of Fournier's Gangrene in patients treated in the Department of Surgery at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital of Essalud Trujillo in the period 2009 - 2019. Methods: It is a retrospective Analytical and Cross-sectional work, in which clinical records were obtained from each patient Diagnosed with Fournier's Gangrene in the Department of Surgery at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital of Essalud Trujillo in the period 2009 - 2019. Results: A total of 30 cases with a diagnosis of Fournier's gangrene were found between the years 2009-2019, of which 93.30% correspond to the male sex and 6.70% to the female sex, the average age was 58.46 years and the factor the most important associated risk was Diabetes Mellitus Conclusion: Diabetes Mellitus and anorectal abscess associated with the male gender were the predominant risk factors in patients diagnosed with Fournier's Gangrene in the Department of Surgery at the Víctor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital of Essalud Trujillo in the period 2009 - 2019
