This work focused on the design of a quality management system for the company Total Gas S.A.C, dedicated to the installation service of LPG supply lines, with the aim of increasing the level of customer satisfaction. To meet this objective, the study was based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, the process approach that it applies, in addition to the risk-based approach. In the company's compliance analysis, a checklist was made that contains the requirements of the standard, where a percentage lower than 50% of compliance was obtained, which evidenced the deficiencies that the company has in relation to the standard, such as lack of documented information and control of processes. With the development of the QMS in the company, new processes, matrices, flow diagrams, programs, records and procedures necessary to comply with the requirements of the standard and increase the level of customer satisfaction were established. Finally, based on an economic evaluation, it was concluded that the quality management system for the company is viable and profitable with a benefit-cost of 1.14 and a NPV of 25,092.3 soles
