This study has been carried out in order to determine the relationship between the management of human talent and the innovation of workers in the Regional Government of Piura in 2019. The problem formulated for the research was: Is there a relationship between management of human talent and innovation of workers in the Regional Government of Piura in 2019? As a hypothesis we have that: The management of human talent is significantly related to the innovation of the workers of the Regional Government of Piura in 2019. According to the data provided, there was a population of 42 workers of the Regional Government of Piura. The research design used was descriptive and correlational. The conclusion reached was: Human talent management has a high positive relationship with innovation, so any improvement in human talent management is reflected in the innovation of the Regional Government of Piura. With the tables seen in the annexes, it is possible to see a very low level on the part of the workers and on the part of the Regional Government itself, since they do not share the same knowledge with their collaborators and they almost never have the capacity to improve the learning through training or advice and therefore there is a low level of innovation and development of new things.
