This study will analyze the state of preservation of flexible and hydraulic pavements through visual inspection of road systems in the Aguas Verdes district. Previously, a visual inspection was carried out in the field and the information was processed in the Excel computer program, having detailed that most of the pathologies present high and medium levels of severity in relation to their serviceability. Subsequently, the condition index of pavements and hydraulics was determined with the help of the most commonly used methodology such as PCI through an on-site inspection. A total of 685 existing pathologies were recorded in all 8 roads of the study sample, obtaining a PCI result of 26 in the flexible roads and 36 in the rigid roads, resulting in classifications of “Very Bad“ in both types of pavements. Thus, in order to contribute with a solution, the structural design of both types of pavements was carried out, obtaining 5 cm of asphalt layer, 15 cm of granular base and 20 cm granular sub-base for flexible pavement, as well as 10 cm for concrete slab and 20 cm granular base for rigid pavement. Finally, as an alternative of intervention for the roads, it is suggested to apply the recycled foamed asphalt where it was also developed according to a budget, specifying only the cost of the mentioned technique in S/.859.250.31 to be useful for rehabilitation purposes of these roads, all this in order to improve the road patrimony of our country, as well as the trafficability and serviceability of the pavement so that the user can circulate in a safe and calm way
