The purpose of this research is to establish the relationship that exists between transformational leadership and the work performance of the collaborators of the SANNA Clinic. The hypothesis maintains that there is a direct relationship between these two variables, in addition the research design that was used was cross-causal, because it investigates the effect that one variable has on another, in this case the transformational leadership variable on the job performance variable. The population under study was made up of the non-medical collaborators of the SANNA Clinic, with a total of 80 people, which, since it is a small population, will be taken as the sample size to the sample population that amounts to a total of 80 collaborators belonging to the SANNA Clinic. The data collection techniques used for the development of this project were the survey and interview with the Head of Human Resources. For the statistical test, we opted for Square CHI where it was evidenced that there is a significant relationship between the variables ““Transformational leadership““ and ““Work performance““, thus allowing to accept the study hypothesis indicating that transformational leadership significantly influences the work performance of the collaborators of the SANNA Clinic, Trujillo, year 2020.
