With the objective of determining the relationship between engagement, care experiences and job satisfaction of health professionals of the emergency service and obstetric center of El Bosque Health Center during the year 2018; a descriptive investigation was carried out, in a sample of 24 health professionals, to whom applied three surveys, the welfare and work (UWES 17) to determine level of engagement, the care experiences and the general satisfaction job scale (overall job satisfaction). Finding the following results: the most frequent care experiences were positive experiences (54.2%), followed by intermediate experiences (45.8%); the most frequent level of job satisfaction was satisfied followed by moderately satisfied (41.7% each); the level of engagement of most professionals was high (70.8%), followed by very high (16.7%); regarding the statistical relationship of variables, no significant relationship was found between care experiences and job satisfaction; however, a highly significant relationship was found between the level of engagement and job satisfaction in professionals with intermediate experiences; Finally concluding that there is a significant statistical relationship between engagement and job satisfaction, but not between engagement and care experiences.
