Objetive: To determine whether in patients diagnosed with Choledocolitiasis, the predictive model based on clinical, laboratory and imagenological criteria has a predictive power greater than 70% in adult patients. Methods: An observational, analytical cross-sectional study was carried out, assessing 203 patients with suspected choledocolitiasis undergoing cholangioresonics attended by the surgery service of Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgin De La Puerta a in the period from January to December 2018.Results: Bivariate analysis showed that age (56.77 ± 19.53 vs 42.94 ± 13.33; p<0.004), jaundice (47.03% vs 0%; p < 0.001), dilatation of cholesterol (82.70% vs 38.89%; p < 0.001), presence calculation (83.78% vs 0%; p < 0.001),history of cholangitis greater than< 6 months (19.46% vs 0%; p < 0.039) the history of biliary pancreatitis ( 26.49% vs 5.56%; p < 0.049), total bilirubin ( 3.08 ± 3.02 vs 1.02 ± 0.98 ; p=0.004), direct bilirubin (1.83 ± 2.05 vs 0.39 ± 0.41; p=0.003), and alkaline phosphatase (765.90 ± 677.19 vs 335.50 ± 237.10 ; p=0.008.In the multivariate analysis, direct bilirubin, the history of biliary pancreatitis and dilatation of the cholesterol were significantly associated with choledocolitiasis and were part of the predictive model. The area under the model's ROC curve had a diagnostic performance of 89.5%. Conclusions: Age, direct bilirubin, history of biliary pancreatitis and dilatation of the coledoch were associated with choledocolitiasis.
