In this present thesis to obtain the Professional Title of Architect, the Architectural Project on a “NEW PORT TERMINAL AND ARTISANAL FISHING CENTER, IN THE DISTRICT OF PACASMAYO” is developed globally, which is proposed as a maritime-terrestrial / Industrial-Commercial equipment of a public nature, thus being its location in a strategic place on the coast of Pacasmayo, which allows the creation of a new optimal artisanal fishing infrastructure, thus differentiating itself from the existing existing dock and refrigerator. The project is promoted and funded by the National Fisheries Development Fund (FONDEPES). In the port of Pacasmayo, the wharf and the refrigerator are located, which should be used for the conservation of hydrobiological products, but it is currently in disuse due to lack of maintenance. These inappropriate conditions generate a problem that prevents the development of artisanal fishing activity in the province of Pacasmayo, where all the production from the province is concentrated, thus constituting an important commercial terminal for the sale / distribution of fisheries locally and national, but being wasted in its entirety. That is why a programmatic investigation was carried out, resulting in, the proposal of a feasible project, since it will develop buildings and equipment that respond to fishing needs. In addition, the project will focus on the improvement of maritime infrastructure: The New Port Terminal and Artisanal Fishing Center, will include the maritime zone (dock and port terminal) and the land area (artisanal wharf). By last, through the artisanal fishing center, we seek to generate processes or functions that complement the port activity, link the population with artisanal fishing and enhance the tourist / commercial value of the area.
