In this research document the physical phenomenon of the Rebound generation was studied, an amount of highly grainy cement material mix with metallic or synthetic fibers, which does not adhere to the surface of the rock stratum surface of a tunnel, mixture that is placed at high air pressure in the operation of the projected with the robotic equipment for the Shotcrete. Located on the site of the works of the complex mechanized maintenance of tunnels and in direct contact of the same for a period of 2 years, I conceived in carrying out, sampling of this material Rebound. Executing the strategic sampling plan where detailed from page 46. This representative sampling material was taken to the Quality Control laboratory to be analyzed through granulometric tests, finding certain changes in its characteristics of origin. The test analysis tells us that it suffered displacement of the gradation of the aggregate particles for the Shotcrete, it can be visualized and interpreted through its graph of the granulometric curve and its modulus of fineness. The initial aggregate composed in the Shotcrete is shown with a modulus of fineness of the passing percentage a value of 3.76, this being subjected to the operation of the launched undergoes change of its modulus of fineness of 2.87, a value less than the aggregate of origin. These are detailed in the Results Chapter. The complex mechanized support of tunnels, due to the completeness and combinations of its other elements such as Operational, Productive and Engineering Controls, it was equally important to examine these same elements simultaneously, to pretend the full knowledge and are detailed in the development of this thesis. Among the relevant topics addressed are the Operator's launch technique, the autonomous robotic equipment for supplying pressurized air and the sets of the technical procedures for quality control of the Shotcrete, from the previous laboratory tests of its component materials, as well as his test in fresh state and hardened state of the Shotcrete. In the preparation of this, followed the recommendations, normative documents of practices and international methods of construction of underground spaces, European, American and Australian Standards; EN, EFNARC, ACI, ASA and ASTM.
