The present research work includes a study on the identification of radiofrequency fading points through simulations carried out for a rural population town called Huacapongo in the Department of La Libertad in the access bands between 1900 MHz and 2600 MHz. For this, it was taken as reference 37 points around the area of Huacapongo and the frequency fading was analyzed in the access bands of 1900 MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300 MHz and 2600 MHz. The analysis was carried out through 37 signal response curves received as a function of frequency, for each of the evaluated points. The results show the persistence of 09 sites with the highest incidence and depth of fading in all frequency bands. The identified signal attenuations range from 3 to 20 dB, with average deviations of 04 dB. Of all the points evaluated, point 9.1 is located in the northeast area of Huacapongo, which reported 18 fadings with signal fluctuations in frequency of up to 20 dB. The results are presented for each band in drive test type maps. Likewise, through heat maps for the consolidation of all the evaluated bands.
