The goal of this investigation was to evaluate the effect of organic acids in broiler diets on intestinal integrity, the productive and economic produce of the rearing. Were used a total of 112 male chickens, the 1-day-old from the line Cobb vantres 500, with an average initial weight of 44.73 g, evaluated for 42 days in three phases: Start (1 to 10 days), growth (11 to 22 days) and fattening (23 to 42 days). The chickens were distributed through a completely randomized block design with four treatments: base diet without organic acid (SAO), base diet with Acid organic - Fhorce® (AOF), base diet with Acid organic - Salkil® (AOS) and base diet with Acid organic - Prefect® (AOP). The experimental unit was seven chickens with four repetitions and four treatments. The diets were formulated to meet the nutritional requirements of the chickens in each stage, having the same nutritional and energetic value. The results were analyzed through the analysis of variance (ANOVA) and the averages compared with the Tukey test. The results of weight gain and feed conversion in the total period, showed significant difference (P<0.05) in the addition of organic acids in the diet. A profitability of 24.2% for the Prefect® treatment (AOP). However, it was obtained significant differences (P <0.05) in the treatments Fhorce®, Salkil® and Prefect®, on the intestinal integrity, between the measurements of height of villi, depth of crypt and relation villi/crypt in the portion of the duodenum and jejunum at 22 and 42 days of age; therefore, it is concluded that the use of organic acids in broiler diets improves the intestinal integrity, economic and productive profitability of the breeding.
