Trabajo remoto y compromiso laboral en los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada – Colegio Privado Educare de Chosica – Lima 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación ha tenido como objetivo el determinar la relación que existe entre el trabajo remoto y el compromiso laboral de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada – Colegio Privado Educare de Chosica – Lima 2021. El estudio es de tipo básico teórico, nivel descriptivo correlacional y se ha trabajado con una muestra de 52 docentes seleccionados de modo no probabilístico. Se aplicó a los docentes una encuesta y se evidencio con ello, que el 50% de los docentes tienen un nivel aceptable en el trabajo remoto y el 69% tiene un nivel muy alto en su compromiso laboral. La correlación entre variables con rho de Spearman, se obtiene el coeficiente 0.691 que indica que si existe relación positiva directa entre el trabajo remoto y el compromiso laboral de los docentes de la Institución Educativa Privada – Colegio Privado Educare de Chosica – Lima 2021.

The objective of this research has been to determine the relationship that exists between remote work and the work commitment of the teachers of the Private Educational Institution - Private School Educare de Chosica - Lima 2021. The study is of a theoretical basic type, correlational descriptive level and we have worked with a sample of 52 teachers selected in a non-probabilistic way. A survey was applied to the teachers and it was evidenced that 50% of the teachers have an acceptable level in remote work and 69% have a very high level in their work commitment. The correlation between variables with Spearman's rho, the coefficient 0.691 is obtained, which indicates that if there is a direct positive relationship between remote work and the work commitment of the teachers of the Private Educational Institution - Private School Educare de Chosica - Lima 2021.
