Calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas del Norte, Trujillo - 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación es de tipo cuantitativa, descriptiva, tuvo como objetivo determinar la calidad del cuidado de enfermería en el servicio de emergencia del Instituto Regional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas del Norte de Trujillo, 2020. La muestra del estudio estuvo conformada por 155 pacientes oncológicos a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario sobre cuidado de calidad de enfermería basado en la teoría de Watson. Obteniéndose los siguientes resultados: El 54.2% de los pacientes manifiestan que la calidad del cuidado de enfermería es buena, el 44.5% refiere que es regular y el 1.3% manifiestan que es mala.
