The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between Communal Jurisdiction and Ordinary Jurisdiction in the Framework of Legal Pluralism, in the Del Santa Judicial District, during the years 2019 - 2020. A correlational methodology and non-experimental design was established, cross sectional, correlational; with a quantitative approach and a deductive, inductive, analysis and synthesis method; The population was made up of 87 ordinary judges of the Superior Court of Justice of Santa, 93 justices of the peace and 486 patrolmen of the Judicial District of Santa in the year 2019-2020 and the sample was 32 ordinary judges, 34 justices of the peace and 178 patrolmen selected by non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire for each variable as an instrument. The results show that in a greater proportion the communal jurisdiction is 75.41% deficient and with respect to the ordinal jurisdiction it is 58.61% deficient and 41.39% regular. When analyzing the relationship between Communal Jurisdiction and Ordinary Jurisdiction, it is 58.61% deficient and 24.59% indicates that it is regular. Concluding that there is a moderate relationship between Communal Jurisdiction and Ordinary Jurisdiction in the Framework of Legal Pluralism (Rho = 0.679)
