The present research work includes the analysis of the problem and the situational diagnosis related to the special basic education service and its current infrastructure, with the purpose of designing an equipment that responds to the needs of children with severe disabilities or multi-disabilities. Under an approach based on the student's needs, the project aims to develop a new architectural model that seeks to achieve a balance between form, function, space and the natural environment, applying concepts from one of the oldest philosophies. , Feng Shui, also known as ““the art of accommodation““, which arises from the questions about the influence of the landscape and the forms in conjunction with the human being in a given environment. The research is organized into ten chapters, in which the theoretical framework, methodology, programmatic research, data analysis and interpretation, program of needs and normative parameters are described, resulting in the comprehensive design proposal of the Center for Special Basic Education, Rehabilitation and Training, thus contributing to the solution of the problem.
