The purpose of the research is to prepare the proposal for the implementation of a sedimentation and filtration system for wastewater in the EXALMAR S.A.A. - Paita - Tierra colorada, with the purpose of improving productivity, due to the reduction in poor condition of its components, it presents a reduction in productivity, whose cost due to losses is S/ 3,000 per day. The type of research was applied, and the research design was descriptive, whose population and sample was the sedimentation and filtration system of wastewater in the fishery EXALMAR S.A.A. The first objective was to identify the critical points by diagnosing the current situation of the wastewater sedimentation and filtration system, by selecting the monitoring frequency and the location of the sampling points. For the second objective, the water quality index was estimated through the proposed implementation of the wastewater sedimentation and filtration system, through the selection of the laboratory, selection of the parameters to be monitored, performance of the Pre-sampling activities, and monitoring of the effluents, and finally the productivity index was estimated through the proposal for the implementation of the sedimentation and filtration system for wastewater.
