Policlínico tipo I- 4 ESSALUD en el distrito de Víctor Larco Herrera, provincia de Trujillo, departamento de la Libertad

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un Proyecto Arquitectónico de un policlínico tipo I-4 que pueda abastecer totalmente de adecuados establecimientos de salud a los habitantes de Víctor Larco Herrera, en nivel distrital. El trabajo colectivo garantizará que los usuarios reciban una atención integral. El proyecto propuesto se ubicará en el Distrito mencionado que pertenece a la provincia de Trujillo en la región La Libertad con un área de 8,000 m2. La atención de los usuarios se basará en el análisis, desarrollo e implementación de áreas de: consultorios, hospitalización, cirugía, gineco-obstetricia, pediatría, administrativa, emergencia, centro quirúrgico, esterilización, diagnósticos y estacionamientos. Esto ayudará a cubrir el desabastecimiento del servicio de salud que tienen los residentes del distrito y la insuficiente infraestructura de la tipología. La demanda de este servicio para los habitantes del distrito y alrededores en el año 2018 asciende al 59% de la población. Además, el índice de crecimiento de crecimiento poblacional en el rubro de salud es de 1.36% en la región analizada. El desabastecimiento existente conlleva la viabilidad del proyecto entorno a la necesidad demanada por los pobladores. El proyecto tendrá una composición entre compacta y semicompacta que permita tanto al personal de salud como a los pacientes tener una correcta circulación entre las áreas y espacios libres, como los jardines terapéuticos.

The main objective of this research is to develop an Architectural Project of a polyclinic type I-4 that can fully supply adequate health facilities to the inhabitants of Victor Larco Herrera district. The collective work will ensure that users receive comprehensive care. The proposed project will be located in the District of Victor Larco Herrera, Province of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad with an area of 8,000 m2. User care will be based on the analysis, development and implementation of the following areas: consultation rooms, hospitalization, surgery, gynecology-obstetrics, pediatrics, administrative, emergency, surgical center, sterilization, diagnostics and parking. This will help cover the shortage of health services for the residents of the district and the insufficient infrastructure of the typology. The demand for this service for the residents of the district and surrounding area in 2018 amounts to 59% of the population. In addition, the rate of population growth in health care is 1.36% in the analyzed region. The existing shortage leads to the viability of the project in terms of the need demanded by the population. The project will have a compact to semi-compact composition that will allow both health personnel and patients to have a correct circulation between the areas and free spaces, such as the therapeutic gardens.
