The critical juncture due to COVID-19 has changed the lives of citizens in the world; altering the routine in homes and companies, generating stress and undermining the health of workers. For this reason, this research was carried out to determine the influence of teleworking on the Burnout Syndrome in the collaborators of the Call Center sector, Chiclayo 2020; implementing a basic, non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional and causal-propositional correlational study; with a population of 350 and a probabilistic sample of 183 teleworkers, to whom the survey and the virtual questionnaire were applied. The instruments were validated by eight experts and the reliability was obtained with the Cronbach Coefficient. The most important results were: the telework variable obtained 3.3% as deficient, 21.3% moderate and 75.4% efficient; the variable Burnout Syndrome, 68.3% qualified as low level, 29.0% medium and 2.7% high. The hypotheses were contrasted with Spearman's Rho coefficient. It was concluded that teleworking has an inversely significant influence on the Burnout Syndrome in the collaborators of the Sector Call Center Chiclayo 2020, with the degree of low correlation of r= -0.296, with 0.01 bilateral significance
