Abstract: El proyecto del Mercado Minorista del Centro Poblado de Miramar, distrito de
Moche, provincia de Trujillo, se presenta como respuesta a un estudio realizado en
el sector de Miramar, como solución a las condiciones de salubridad y
abastecimiento de productos de primera necesidad a la población.
El actual centro de abastos del centro poblado de Miramar, no se encuentra en las
condiciones adecuadas de salubridad ni de formalidad como equipamiento
comercial, presentando una improvisada evolución, deficiente estado de
conservación y no se adecua a las necesidades de oferta y demanda de la
población.
Mediante los conceptos de Identidad Social Urbana y Sensorialidad Arquitectónica,
se desarrolla un proyecto de Mercado Minorista de acuerdo a las necesidades
básicas de la población y el contexto en el cual se presenta. Garantizando el
desarrollo de un proyecto que se adecue al lugar en cuanto a su emplazamiento y
relación con el contexto, la adecuada circulación entre sus espacios, además, los
impactos sensoriales que generen a la población una identidad con el
equipamiento.
The project of the Retail Market of the Populated Center of Miramar, district of Moche, province of Trujillo, is presented as a response to a study carried out in the sector of Miramar, as a solution to the health conditions and supply of basic necessities to the po pulation.
