Objective: To know the prevalence and clinical characteristics of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women of the first trimester Hospital II-1 Jorge Reátegui Delgado 2018. Methodology: Basic, Observational, Descriptive and Transversal-Retrospective; with secondary data collection in patients diagnosed with Hyperemesis Gravidarum in the first trimester of Hospital II-1 Hospital Hospital EsSalud Jorge Reátegui Delgado Piura 2018. Results: We found a total of 39 cases of Gravid Hyperemesis during the year 2018; of which 11 of them (28.20%) were found in pregnant women from 18 to 20 years of age, being the age group with the highest number of cases, in terms of presenting a family history (First Grade Relatives: Mother, Sister , Premiums) 5 pregnant women expressed whether to know about it (12.82%). Among the 39 cases we found that Nausea and Vomiting were found more frequently in 26 of the patients (66.7%); Following this we have patients who report feeling lethargic (19 cases / 48.7%), finally a total prevalence of 2.18 was obtained. Conclusions: The prevalence of Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women during the first trimester in Hospital II-1 Jorge Reátegui Delgado was 2.18.
