Modelo de integración de módulo CRM bajo uso de Framework Funcional ad-hoc en el sistema web EYNCOR ERP

Abstract

A través del tiempo, los sistemas se han visto en la necesidad de evolucionar, ya sea por la necesidad de integrar nuevas soluciones a su software o brindar mejores servicios a sus clientes Esto ha traído una gran dificultad para las empresas que constantemente están intentando integrar módulos en un ecosistema concordante entre cada una de las partes existentes dentro del software, tanto las antiguas como las nuevas. Durante la presente tesis, se realizó el desarrollo de un modelo de marco de trabajo dirigido a facilitar la integración de nuevos módulos CRM. Asimismo, se realizó el desarrollo de un proyecto de integración de módulos CRM sobre el software EYNCOR ERP, siguiendo este marco de trabajo para validar lo planteado. Para lograr este objetivo, se abordó este reto integrando al desarrollo modelos y documentación que permita, al administrador del proyecto, idear una solución que no solo permita facilitar el trabajo del usuario que está necesitando el CRM, sino también que este nuevo módulo desarrollado sea concordante con los módulos desarrollados previamente a él. De esta forma, en el presente proyecto se realizó primero el desarrollo del marcode trabajo explicando en cada parte lo que se busca obtener con la actividad, incluyendo las plantillas para su desarrollo y, finalmente, la demostración con el proyecto realizado siguiendo el marco de trabajo propuesto.

Over time, systems have needed to evolve, either because of the need to integrate new solutions into their software or to provide better services to their customers. This has brought great difficulty for companies that are constantly trying to integrate modules in a coherent ecosystem between each of the existing parts within the software, both old and new. During this thesis, a model framework will be developed to facilitate the integration of new CRM modules. Likewise, the development of a CRM module integration project on EYNCOR ERP software will be carried out following this framework in order to validate what has been proposed. To achieve this objective, we approached this challenge, integrating models and documentation to the development that allows the project manager to devise a solution that not only facilitates the work of the user who needs the CRM, but also, that this new module developed is consistent with the modules developed previously to it. In this way, in this project we first develop the framework, explaining in each part what we are looking to obtain with the activity and including the templates for its development and finally the demonstration with the project carried out following the proposed framework
