Objective: The objective of the present study is to determine the psychoaffective sequelae associated with insomnia in post-COVID19 patients. Materials and methods: An observational, cross-sectional study was carried out. A physical survey was applied to 118 HCPSRII-2 patients between 36-51 years old in 2021. Depression, anxiety, fatalistic perception with associated variables and their relationship to insomnia in post-infected patients were measured. Generalized linear models were performed considering the adjustment with other variables, obtaining PRa and 95% confidence intervals. Results: 118 participants were evaluated post-COVID-19 and their relationship between psychoaffective sequelae and insomnia, determining: insomnia was 2.43 times higher in patients with depression; Similarly, anxiety and fatalistic perception increased its prevalence. Age was significantly higher with insomnia. The prevalence of COVID-19 hospitalization and ICU admission was predominant among patients with insomnia; and among DM2 comorbidities, it predominated in patients with insomnia. Conclusions: Depression, anxiety and fatalistic perception are associated with insomnia in post-coronavirus infected patients
