The purpose of this investigation is to determine the way in which the non-observance of the Principle of Objectivity within a guaranteed conception, affects the performance of the prosecutor as a prosecuting organ of the crime, for these the inductive, deductive, analytical, synthetic methods have been used, exegetical, dogmatic and comparative. Likewise, the survey technique has been used to sixty legal operators of the judicial district of La Libertad, (23) twenty-three criminal prosecutors, (7) seven criminal judges and (30) thirty lawyers specialized in Criminal Law of the Judicial District of La Libertad. who have been asked closed-ended questions regarding the problems and variables of this investigation , they have also proceeded to carry out the interview technique, the same one that has been carried out on (6) six legal operators, (2 ) two criminal prosecutors, (2) two criminal judges and (2) two lawyers specialized in Criminal Law of the Judicial District of La Libertad, who have been asked opinion and development questions regarding the problems and variables of this investigation, instruments through which it has been possible to contrast and validate the hypothesis that the non-observance of the Principle of Objectivity, within a guarantee conception, has a negative impact on in the performance of the prosecutor as a crime prosecution body, violating the guarantee of due process and the search for the truth as the end of the criminal process, in the Criminal Prosecutor's Offices of the Fiscal District of La Libertad, 2018-2020
