The present investigation entitled ““Perception of the work climate and level of motivation presented by Collaborators in the company Consem 2022““ has as main objective: To determine the perception of the work climate and the level of motivation presented by collaborators in the company CONSEM 2022. The beginning of the investigation was the development of the study problem, with which the following question was reached: What is the perception of the work environment and level of motivation presented by the collaborators in the company CONSEM 2022? for which the following hypothesis: The perception of the work climate significantly influences the motivation presented by the employees in the CONSEM 2022 company. The correlational scope technique was used, of a non-experimental type. We worked with a sample population made up of 270 employees of the company CONSEM. As instrumented the questionnaire was applied. To comply with the established objectives, the Rho Spearman statistical test was applied. through which it was possible to conclude that there is a significant positive relationship, with a Spearman result of 0.433, which means that we accept the alternative hypothesis.
