The main function of this thesis is to implement in the city of Piura a Convention Center that contains the use of the seismic isolation system, which has been used in other Latin American countries; This is because Peru is located in the ring of fire. The main objective is to design an earthquake-resistant building with LRB isolators; For this purpose, a detailed study of a built-in building versus a building with seismic isolators was carried out in the Sap2000 program, both static analysis and dynamic analysis, obtaining that the Convention Center building with LRB isolators obtained a better response in its shear force. seismic forces at height, control of mezzanine distortions, both of the static system and the dynamic system, periods, vibration modes, spectral acceleration in comparison to the embedded structure without plates and embedded structure with plates. Finally, the corresponding calculations were carried out, obtaining the dimensions of the two types of LRB insulators
