La gestión financiera y su influencia en el manejo del riesgo operativo de la empresa Chavinfarma SAC del distrito de Huarmey en el periodo 2017-2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar la Gestión financiera y su influencia en el manejo del riesgo operativo de la empresa Chavinfarma SAC del distrito de Huarmey en el periodo 2017-2018. Para ello se aplicó un diseño descriptivo correlacional a una muestra de 34 trabajadores de Chavinfarma. Se utilizó como instrumentos de recolección de datos la encuesta y la entrevista. Entre los principales hallazgos, se obtuvo que el gerente y sub-gerente no planifican y controlan sus recursos financieros. Asimismo, los resultados obtenidos exhiben una reducción de la utilidad neta en un 28%, las ventas disminuyeron en un 25%, los activos están financiados en su mayoría con deuda de terceros con un porcentaje del 89% en el 2018. También se halló que no gestionan eficientemente los riesgos operativos de la empresa. Se concluye, mediante la prueba Chi-cuadrado que la influencia de la gestión financiera en el manejo del riesgo operativo es significativa en la empresa Chavinfarma SAC Huarmey 2017-2018 comprobándose en el resultado de X2 calculado > X2 tabla, afirmando la hipótesis alternativa y negando la hipótesis nula.

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the financial management and its influence on the operational risk management of the Chavinfarma SAC company in the district of Huarmey in the period 2017-2018. To this end, a correlational descriptive design was applied to a sample of 34 workers from Chavinfarma. The survey and the interview were used as data collection instruments. Among the main findings, it was obtained that the manager and sub-manager do not plan and control their financial resources. Likewise, the results obtained show a reduction of net profit by 28%, sales decreased by 25%, assets are financed mostly with third party debt with a percentage of 89% in 2018. It was also found that they do not efficiently manage the operational risks of the company. It is concluded, through the Chi-square test that the influence of financial management in the management of operational risk is significant in the company Chavinfarma SAC Huarmey 2017-2018 proving in the result of calculated X2> X2 table, affirming the alternative hypothesis and denying the null hypothesis.
