Describe the frequency distribution of primary and secondary dengue in rapid tests; positive NS1, IgM, IgG according to day and the clinical and epidemiological profile in the Piura 2017 epidemic Material and methods: Observational, retrospective, descriptive, cross-sectional study of patients with epidemiological records of Dengue with rapid tests, the method categorized the results of the laboratory indicators per day by type of Dengue, which allowed determining the total frequency and by indicator: of Primary Dengue ; from day 1 with the NS1, NS1 / IgM, IgM and IgG-IgM indicators from day 8 and for Secondary Dengue: with the IgG indicator from day 1 alone or accompanied by NS1 / IgG, NS1 / IgM / IgG and IgG-IgM up to the 7th day, then determining the distribution of the clinical profile and epidemiological profile of primary and secondary dengue Result: The percentage of primary dengue 65.3% and secondary 34.7% and in the acute stage: Primary Dengue 85.3% Virus (NS1, NS1-IgM) up to 10 days and in secondary Dengue in the acute stage 95%:[ (42 .7% NS1/IgG, NS1/(IgM-IgG)] up to 12 days (virus), and as early serological response [52.3%(IgM/IgG, IgG)]] in the first 7 days, the clinical variable It was distributed: out of 100 cases in both, high cases with warning signs were found, 47.8% in secondary dengue and 41.9% in primary dengue, of secondary dengue (34.7%) according to district; 64.4% in the district of Piura and 27.8% on October 26, by sex; female 62.2%+/-2 in both groups, the age of 21-40 was the highest percentage 28.30% and 25.6% and Comorbidity 26% in primary dengue and 23.3% in secondary. Conclusions: the 3 Indicators technique determined the percentage of primary and secondary dengue in Piura, secondary dengue in Piura showed a high percentage from day 1 not only of the IgG/NS1 virus but also, with the early IgG/IgM serological response, dengue with signs of alarm had a percentage greater than 40% in both dengues, secondary dengue was distributed higher in Piura, other variables such as: sex, age and comorbidities were distributed similarly
