The following investigation was made with the objective of determining the influence of the quality of communication on the satisfaction of the services given by the Benefactor Medical Center to the beneficiaries from Trujillo. The study presented a type of non-experimental research with a descriptive-explanatory design, the quantitative sample consisted of 60 people belonging to the Benefactor Medical Center of Trujillo, for data collection, the research instrument used was a questionnaire made up of 34 items, presenting as the main result that the quality of communication influences directly and significantly the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the Benefactor Medical Center of Trujillo, that through a Kendall's Tau-b correlation it was obtained r (60) = 0.353 and a significance of 0.00. The beneficiaries of the Benefactor Medical Center identify high levels in relation to the quality of communication, the dimensions with the greatest scope being those of coordination, orientation, training, control and mobilization; it was evidenced that the profile of the beneficiaries is to seek to relate to the Medical Center through interpersonal communication using traditional means in order to be informed about future activities.
