The objective of the thesis is to carry out the analysis and structural design of a ten-story building plus a semi-basement considering the structural system of reinforced concrete walls, taking into account that the building to be designed is located in the district of Pimentel, Chiclayo, for its Location is in an area of high seismic activity. The administrative building to be designed is part of the infrastructure that is being provided to the city for the main economic and educational activities. For the structural analysis of the building, the Etabs software was used as the main analysis software, in which the mathematical model, static analysis, dynamic analysis, and modal analysis were carried out, in order to ensure that the results provided by the analysis software Spreadsheets have been created since the programs are computational tools that help improve productivity within a project. The design of structural elements such as beams was carried out, for bending and capacity; The columns were designed for flexo-compression and capacity; The lightened slabs were modeled in the Safe software and their subsequent design was carried out in spreadsheets, the deflections and cracking in the slabs were verified as mentioned in the NTP. E060; The solid slabs were designed in bending and the shear was verified. In the design of structural walls, the Etabs software had to be used to find the stresses, the Sap 2000 program was used to find the depth of the neutral axis, spreadsheets for the design of flexo-compression walls, and capacity shear, for example. Lastly, the border elements were designed. Finally, the foundation was designed considering the current regulations, stairs and basement walls, after which the detailed engineering of all the structural elements was carried out, the steel detail in each beam, columns and reinforced concrete walls, in the case of walls, a comparison was made between NTP E.060 and ACI 318.19, where we can see that we have to improve the criteria for the confinement of edge elements
