In this work, the way in which Peruvian legislation fails to protect people who work under part-time contracts has been taken as problematic, and how this has led to the workers who work under this regime being left defenseless. The general objective has been to determine to what extent the lack of protection in Peruvian legislation against the arbitrary dismissal of part-time workers would affect their ability to have job stability. By not having this protection, these workers are susceptible to being fired at any time without justification or cause and without receiving any compensation or reinstatement to their job as would be the case of a full-time worker. Likewise, we will see what, how and what the laws that are responsible for regulating everything related to part-time work protect, and how companies have often looked for ways to take advantage of certain legal loopholes to be able to exploit the work to those who are under the part-time contract modality, it has also been developed, how this type of contract has emerged and part-time work has also been defined, what it consists of and what benefits are offered to them subsidy, what are the consequences of this poor legal definition of this type of employment relationship.
