Abstract: La investigación “Factores asociados al aborto de mujeres adolescentes del
Hospital de Chulucanas II-1, Piura; año 2020”, tuvo como -objetivo: Identificar la
relación de -los- factores- gineco--obstétricos-, sexuales y sociodemográficos con el
aborto de mujeres adolescentes, atendidas en el Hospital de Chulucanas II-1; Piura,
año 2020.
Metodología: De diseño no experimental, -correlacional- de -corte- -transversal- y
retrospectivo, cuya muestra -fue 60 -historias- -clínicas- de mujeres -adolescentes atendidas con -diagnóstico de aborto. -
Resultados: Entre los factores gineco-obstétricos de mayor relevancia el 50% de
las adolescentes accedieron entre 1-2 atenciones prenatales, el 13.3% presentaron
abortos previos y el 26.7% evidenciaron infecciones de vías urinarias. Según
factores sexuales de las adolescentes un 80.0% tuvieron solo una pareja; 16.7%
tuvo 2 parejas y 3.3% tuvieron 3 parejas sexuales. Sobre el inicio de las actividades
sexuales el 85% se dio entre los 15 a 19 años y 15% en menores de 14 años. El
uso de métodos anticonceptivos estuvo representada por 95% de adolescentes que
no accedieron ni usaron a los métodos anticonceptivos; el 3.30% usaban
anticonceptivos oral y el 1.70% el uso de preservativos. En relación a los factores
sociodemográficos: El 96.7% fueron adolescentes de 15 a 19 años; cuya
procedencia fueron de la zona rural con 73.3%; con estudio de secundaria
incompleta 55% y secundaria completa 35%; el 75% fueron amas de casa y de
condición civil convivientes con el 73.3%. Se registró 88.3% de abortos tempranos
y 11.7% de abortos tardíos.
Conclusión: Según el factor gineco-obstétrico infección urinaria se relacionó con
el aborto de adolescente pues se encontró p=valor 0,026 y de la misma manera
según factores sexuales, el uso de método anticonceptivos tuvo p= valor 0,19;
relacionándose así con el aborto de adolescentes del Hospital de Chulucanas.

On the beginning of sexual activities, 85% occurred between 15 and 19 years old and 15% in children under 14 years old. The use of contraceptive methods was represented by 95% of adolescents who did not access or use contraceptive methods; 3.30% used oral contraceptives and 1.70% used condoms. In relation to sociodemographic factors: 96.7% were adolescents between 15 and 19 years old; whose origin was from the rural area with 73.3%; with incomplete secondary education 55% and complete secondary education 35%; 75% were housewives and cohabiting with 73.3%. 88.3% of early abortions and 11.7% of late abortions were recorded.
