La discapacidad funcional y su relación con la dependencia funcional, la ansiedad, depresión y estrés en los centros de discapacidad, las Nazarenas, Surquillo, Lima metropolitano en el periodo de octubre -noviembre del 2019

Abstract

Determinar si la discapacidad funcional tiene correlación con la dependencia funcional, y ansiedad, depresión y estrés en los centros de discapacidad Lima Metropolitano en el periodo de octubre -noviembre del 2019. Material y Métodos: La investigación se basó en un diseño no experimental de tipo transversal analítico y retrospectivo, ya que la investigación se considera sistemática y empírica en las que las variables no se manipulan. Se trabajó con todo el universo constituido por 84 adultos. Los datos se recopilaron mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario, que se realizó de manera presencial a los participantes; una vez que se han obtenido los datos fueron ingresados el programa Microsoft Excel, luego pasaron al programa SPSS para el análisis estadístico de las variables Resultados: A través del análisis de la información, se determinó la existencia de una correlación significativa entre las variables al presentar un valor de p<0,05. Además, se determinó un un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.90 una relación positiva muy fuerte entre las variables dependencia y discapacidad funcional. También, se determinó un un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0.28 una relación positiva moderada baja entre las variables tipo de discapacidad y discapacidad funcional. Adicionalmente, se determinó un un coeficiente Rho de Spearman de 0. Una 0.26 relación positiva moderada baja entre las variables dependencia y tipo de discapacidad. No se encontró relación entre discapacidad y ansiedad, depresión y estrés

To determine whether functional disability is correlated with functional dependence, anxiety, depression and stress in the Lima Metropolitano disability centers in the period October-November 2019. Material and Methods: The research was based on a non-experimental design of analytical and retrospective cross-sectional type, since the research is considered 7 systematic and empirical in which the variables are not manipulated. We worked with the entire universe of 84 adults. The data were collected through the application of a questionnaire, which was carried out in person to the participants; once the data were obtained, they were entered in the Microsoft Excel program, then they were passed to the SPSS program for the statistical analysis of the variables. Results: Through the analysis of the information, the existence of a significant correlation between the variables was determined when presenting a value of p<0.01. In addition, a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.90 determined a very strong positive relationship between the variable’s dependence and functional disability. Also, a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.28 determined a low moderate positive relationship between the variables type of disability and functional disability. In addition, a Spearman's Rho coefficient of 0.26 was determined, a low moderate positive relationship between the variable’s dependence and type of disability. No relationship was found between disability and anxiety, depression and stress.
