The present research work aims to determine the effect of internal factors on the productivity of the company H&C S.A.C., Moche District, La Libertad Region, 2017- 2022. The work was of applied type, quantitative, explanatory scope and non experimental and longitudinal design. A sample corresponding to the monthly series of the indicators: years of work experience per worker, capital stock and debt stock during the period 2017-2022 was used. Likewise, the econometric method used to test the hypothesis was Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). Among the main results it was found that: i) the product per worker of the company has strong increases during the periods March to November, which is due to the campaign or seasonality of agro-exports from La Libertad, being this the main sector to which the company's sales are directed; ii) the capital stock and the debt stock increased strongly according to a higher demand for pallets; iii) for each additional year of experience for working additional, productivity increases by 0. 22% and iv) for every 1% increase in debt stock, productivity increases by 0.60%. Finally, it was concluded that the internal factors that positively and significantly affected the productivity of the company H&C S.A.C., Moche district, La Libertad region, 2017-2022 were the experience per worker and the stock of debt, which may be due to an increase in productivity related to the ““learning by doing““ methodology and the efficient use of debt when acquiring assets.
