Objective: To determine if the use of technological tools is effective in reducing stress, anxiety and depression in workers in the COVID emergency area of the Lambayeque Regional Hospital. Materials and Methods: Quasi-experimental study with a single group design of repeated measures. Based on a sample of N=62 participants to whom a baseline evaluation was applied, after the second and third month of applying the Meyo technological tool: Emotional Well-being to reduce mental health symptoms using the Perceived-10 stress scale, Hamilton scale for depression and Zung anxiety scale. Results: Based on the results obtained in the Friedman and McNemar analysis, the effectiveness of the digital tool to reduce stress and anxiety can be justified. Both analyzes revealed significant differences between the repeated measures, supporting the idea that the intervention had a positive impact in reducing these conditions. Furthermore, the moderate association coefficients (G Cohen and W Kendall) indicate a substantial relationship between the repeated measurements. Conclusion and discussion: These findings support the efficacy of the digital tool as a valid and promising intervention in reducing stress and anxiety. However, it is important to note that further research and other measures of effectiveness are needed for a full evaluation of the tool and its impact on mental health
