In this research work, the objective of evaluating the management indicators with the control system was defined, at the vehicle exit of the company IVEICO SAC in 2019, for this purpose it was evaluated on the most critical points, weaknesses or failures in The vehicle management of the company, where it is verified that the most congested and critical is to measure the degree of alcohol breath of drivers in real time to be able to manage the exit of the vehicle they will drive on the same day, in order to prevent incident or other type of situations that generate risk, so this being a manual process, some common failures were found largely subject to human error, and thus it was determined to implement an autonomous system capable of managing vehicle exit through automatic blocking, the driver's report and saving of the data entered from their hierarchical work environment (bosses and / or supervisors) locally c on the use of a reduced plate computer with cloud synchronization for a database, and the decision making process through a mobile application managed by the work resident according to the management indicator evaluated; being the case of detecting a driver with more than 0.5 grams of alcohol in the blood by exhaled air, the system will be able to block the vehicle at the start of the engine, and cannot be unlocked, unless the access code is available through the physical environment (keyboard) or through the mobile application and that both, only the work resident manages. On this, a management indicator parameter is also used, which is the comfort temperature of the vehicle seat used by the driver, which is also proposed as a goal to control to provide an adequate temperature scale and the driver can give us his vote of conformity at the start of data entry to the system. In its validation, after showing the different techniques for checking the results of the functional tests, the conformity of the scope of the objective is determined, leaving conclusions and recommendations on the autonomous control system of vehicle exit management.
