The present thesis entitled ““Geometric and structural design of the flexible pavement of the stretch from the Panamericana Norte to La Ramada beach, Salaverry - La Libertad““, is focused on the transportation research line and used in a 9.461 km stretch from the Panamericana Norte to La Ramada beach. The main objective was to elaborate the geometric and structural design using AASHTO 93 methodology in the district of Salaverry. This research is descriptive using an applied methodology, since data was obtained directly from the study area, the design is field type and non-experimental. The study sample is the section that joins the Panamericana Norte with La Ramada beach, and the Peruvian Technical Standard and the AASHTO 93 methodology were used for the design of the flexible pavement. Therefore, a topographic study was used resulting in a general survey of the study road, at the same time 9 pits were made for the study of soil mechanics for paving purposes, obtaining an average CBR of 17.80%, then a traffic study was carried out in situ obtaining a traffic of 51 vehicles/day, then the ESAL was determined resulting in 448,530.44 equivalent axles. Once all the basic studies were obtained, the design proposal (pavement layer thicknesses, ditches, culvert) was determined
