The Antenor Orrego Private University implemented institutionally and at the level of each study program the Model of Tutoring and Pedagogical Support as a personal - social, academic and pre-professional support tool, to achieve a comprehensive training of future professionals of the study program of Computer and Systems Engineering from entry to completion of the professional career. In academic tutoring, feedback, as a strategy for monitoring and accompanying students, should allow students to recognize their achievements, as well as those aspects to improve, for the development of this process, it is important that the teacher considers elaborating in all the subjects, in weeks 4, 7 and 14; Feedback activities and leveling of student learning, given the above, the problem is how to improve the pedagogical accompaniment of the tutoring management process of the computer and systems engineering school, at the Antenor Orrego Private University in 2020? The research proposes a framework based on Design Thinking and BPM for the pedagogical accompaniment of the tutoring process of the school of computer and systems engineering; therefore, it presents the specific objectives of Investigating and analyzing Design Thinking and BPM by means of a bibliographic review; Develop the phases of the framework for the pedagogical accompaniment of the tutoring process of the computer and systems engineering school, year 2020 and validate the framework through a functional prototype. In the development of the framework, it was obtained in the process identification phase, the process architecture was specified, in the evidence-based discover phase, the AS-IS process diagram and empathy map were made, in the analyze phase it was carried out the cause-effect diagram and mental map, in the design phase the TO-BE process diagram was made, in the implementation phase, 10 interfaces were made. The framework was validated based on expert judgment using the Likert scale (1 to 5) obtaining an average in the identification phase 4.6, in the Discovery phase 4.67, in the Analysis phase 4.6, in the redesign phase 4.7 and in the phase of implementing interfaces 4.7.
